Larson-Juhl and Roma go to extreme lengths to make sure their moulding is consistent

however, moulding finishes varies from run to run. Free samples are available upon request.

We are not responsible for any variances in the moulding finish.

 

Prior authorization  must be arranged by

phone or email for any return.

No returns or refunds on discounted items.

 

20% restocking fee on any returned ready-made frame. (prior authorization required)

 

 

If the item is damaged during shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier or,

if the damage is obvious, you may refuse the package upon delivery.

Replacement will be shipped immediately.

 

In the event of a  refund and/or credit. The credited amount will be the full purchase price

of the item less any restocking charges, shipping is non-refundable.
