Custom Made Frames & Moulding
All custom frames
are guaranteed for workmanship and defects.
Larson-Juhl and Roma go to extreme lengths to make sure their moulding is
consistent
however, moulding finishes varies from run to run.
Samples are available upon request.
We are not responsible for any variances in the
moulding finish.

Any Shipping Discrepancies (Overages/Shortages/Damages) must be reported within 24 hours from the time you receive your order.
All frames are cut to dimension "B" shown below unless otherwise specified.
Returns
Prior
authorization must be arranged by
phone or email for
any return.

refunds on discounted items.

custom made items

Ready
Made Frames
20% restocking fee
on any returned ready-made frame. (prior authorization required)
Damages
If the item is
damaged during shipping, we will file a claim with the carrier or,
if the damage is
obvious, you may refuse the package upon delivery.
Replacement will be shipped immediately.
Any damage or shortage must be reported within 24 hours from the time you
receive your order.
Refunds & Credits
In the event of a
refund and/or credit. The credited amount will be the full purchase price
of the item less
any restocking charges, shipping or freight is non-refundable.
